The Horizon Interactive Awards, a leading international interactive media awards competition, announced the 2013 award winners to highlight this year’s “best of the best” in interactive media production.
Cats Eye Marcom was recognized for their excellence with five awards in four categories. The two Silver Awards for ECommerce/ Shopping for the BBES Lingerie Web site; and Print for the Marathon Energy brochure. Cats Eye Marcom also received three Bronze Awards: Restaurant/Food Industry Web site for Hell Gate Tiki; Advocacy/Non- Profit Web sites for The Dominic A. Murray 21 Memorial Foundation; and Peter F. Vallone Jr. for Queens borough president.

The 12th annual international competition saw over 1,600 entries from over 24 countries around the world including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and nearly all of the United States of America.
An international panel of judges, consisting of industry professionals with diverse backgrounds, as well as an end user panel evaluated categories ranging from online advertising to mobile applications. The 2013 winning entries showcase the industry’s best interactive media solutions including Web sites, mobile applications, print media, interactive displays, public exhibits, online advertising, video, e-mail and more.
